FreeToolVault is a collection of free, browser-based productivity tools built for individuals, freelancers, and small businesses. Our tools include PDF processing software (compressor, merger, splitter, rotator, and watermark tool), image editing tools (resizer, compressor, format converter, and cropper), business document generators (invoice maker, QR code generator, business card maker, and resume builder), text tools (case converter, word counter, text-to-speech), and developer utilities (password generator, unit converter, JSON formatter, and colour picker).
All tools operate entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No file data is uploaded to any server. No account registration is required. All tools are provided free of charge and will remain free. We are funded by advertising through Google AdSense.

Your privacy is fundamental to how FreeToolVault is built. We never receive or store your files โ all processing is local in your browser. FreeToolVault is funded entirely by display advertising served through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-9046181750703855). To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, FreeToolVault and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other financial or commercial loss.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FreeToolVault shall not exceed ZAR 0 (zero South African Rand), since the service is provided entirely free of charge with no commercial relationship between us.
